1. Introduction

   • These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Luna Dental Health Club ("the Club"), operated by Luna Pet Healthcare Limited ("Luna", "we", "us", "our"). By enrolling in the Club, you ("the Member", "you", "your") agree to these Terms.

2. Membership Overview

   • The Luna Dental Health Club is a subscription-based membership designed to support ongoing dental health for pets through a combination of professional treatments, preventative care, and dietary supplements.

3. Membership fees:​

   • £19 per month, payable by recurring card payment, or

   • £190 per year, payable in advance.

4. Membership Benefits​

   • Membership includes: 

     • One annual Protect & Shine dental procedure (eligibility after full payment of 12 monthly instalments or 1 annual fee)

     • Introductory Dental Health Care Pack, including:

       • Luna Plaque Protect supplement (initial supply)

       • Reusable container and scoop

       • Toothbrush and toothpaste

       • Selection of dental hygiene chews

     • ​Daily supply of Luna Plaque Protect supplement (refilled in-clinic upon return of the container)

     • Unlimited dental check-ups with Luna dental nurses

     • Unlimited dental health advice via email and WhatsApp during normal clinic hours

     • Unlimited surgical dental treatments, if clinically recommended by a Luna or an independent veterinary surgeon

     • 20% discount on all Luna products and blood tests

5. Protect & Shine Dental Procedure

   • Eligibility is granted after 12 consecutive monthly payments or full annual payment.

   • Procedures may be postponed or not undertaken at the discretion of the Luna clinical team and/or pet owner if not recommended due to other health concerns.

   • If the Protect & Shine procedure is not performed, Luna will provide alternative dental care products and services (e.g., at-home dental kits, regular nurse-led dental checks and brushing) to support dental health.

6. Luna Plaque Protect Supplement​

   • Provided as part of membership, based on reasonable usage and the recommended dosage for the enrolled pet.

   • Refillable container must be brought to a Luna clinic for top-ups.

   • If a pet cannot tolerate the supplement (e.g., due to dietary intolerance or preference), Luna will offer alternative products of equivalent value where possible.

7. Dental Check-ups and Advice​

   • Unlimited dental health check-ups may be booked with Luna dental nurses.

   • Advice will also be available via email or WhatsApp, during Luna’s standard clinic hours.

8. Surgical Dental Treatments​

   • All Luna dental procedures, including grades 1–4 extractions, associated medications, and post-operative care are included.

   • Treatments are provided at the discretion of a Luna veterinary surgeon, following a clinical assessment.

   • In the event of a dispute regarding the provision of services, you may obtain a second opinion from an independent vet at your own cost.

9. Membership Eligibility​

   • Membership is subject to approval by the Luna clinical team.

   • Eligibility requires an initial dental health assessment, typically including a Protect & Shine procedure and any required surgical dental work prior to enrolment.

10. Cancellation and Termination​

    • Members may cancel at any time. Benefits remain active until the end of the paid membership period.

    • Luna reserves the right to decline renewal of membership if the pet owner fails to comply with the recommended dental care plan.

    • Luna may also terminate membership in cases of misuse, abuse of services, or fraudulent behaviour.

11. Limitations​

    • Membership is non-transferable and applies only to the registered pet.

    • Services are only provided at Luna clinics and subject to availability.

    • Luna reserves the right to make changes to services, pricing, or benefits. Members will be notified in writing with at least 30 days’ notice for material changes.

12. Governing Law​

    • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
